Sesame Ginger Spaghetti and Beef Stir-Fry

Beef and pasta combine for a nutritious energy filled meal. If there are leftovers, they're great served cold as a pasta salad.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 6-10 minutes

  1. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. 
  2. Add 2tbsp (30mL) of Renée's sauce to beef strips. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan or wok over medium-high heat and stir-fry strips for 2-3 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside. 
  3. Bring pan back to medium-high temperature. Add onion and stir-fry until softened. Add other vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat and cover for 1 minute.
  4. Add remaining Renée's sauce and coat vegetables well. Return beef to pan and stir-fry until beef and vegetables are hot. Serve immediately over pasta or rice.
